Last updated: October 2026 This policy explains how Total Climate Control Ltd, trading as the Total Climate Control Training Centre (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information when you use this website, make an enquiry or book a course. We are the data controller for this information.
Information we collect
Enquiries: your name, contact details and the information you give us in your message.
Bookings: your name, billing details, email, phone number, the course date you book, your trade or
experience and the names of any trainees you book for. Card payments are processed by our payment providers and we do not see or store your full card details.
Training and assessment: attendance, assessment results and the information the awarding body
needs to register you and issue your certificate, including your date of birth and photo ID details where required.

How we use it and our lawful basis
To answer enquiries and manage your booking (steps before a contract, and performance of a contract). To register you with the awarding body and issue your certificate (performance of a contract). To keep training and financial records we are required to keep (legal obligation). To tell you about new course dates, where you have asked us to (consent).
Who we share it with
We share information with City & Guilds or another awarding body for registration and certification, with our payment providers and finance partner, with our IT and website hosting providers, and with your employer if they booked or paid for your course. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep training and assessment records for six years after your course, so we can confirm your training if asked. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. To make a request, email
